The turnover of CZK 37.7 billions in 2020 is one of the 10 largest traders in the Czech Republic. In 2020 Alza.cz reported 15.8 million processed orders. The company grew by 26% year-on-year!

The B2B division strengthened its activities in 2019 and focuses on providing comprehensive services to companies. Currently, the B2B team is growing with a newly opened position.

What experiences and preconditions do we expect from the new director?
At least 7 years in a business management position with the management of a sales team
B2B sales experience for medium and large companies
Experience in the field of e-commerce
Number orientation and precise work with data, analytical thinking
Negotiation and managerial experience and assumptions
Advanced English for business dealings with partners around the world
Education – College, economics, business, and management preferred
