  • Strategic Development Planning for Corporate HR
  • implementation of HR process and activities incl. payroll policy settings
  • arranging and preparing selection process

  • set up and manage the process of adapting new employees

  • University education preferably in HR, psychology, social sciences, law or pedagogy
  • knowledge of HR procedures and methods
  • at least 5 years of experiences in the field of human resources
  • English knowledge at least B2 level for everyday use
  • communicativeness, listening ability, empathy
  • organizational, coordination and management skills
  • PC and MS Office skills
  • active, independent, communicative personality
