For our multinational client in the food industry, we are looking for a new colleague as a HR manager. Place of work: Třebíč.

JOB:

  • Strategic Development Planning for Corporate HR
  • implementation of HR process and activities incl. payroll policy settings
  • arranging and preparing selection process
  • staff development incl. Education Plan
  • managing talent program and SMEs (potential successors to leadership and critical positions)
  • conducting annual employee evaluations
  • set up and manage the process of adapting new employees
  • negotiating with a trade union
  • preparation and management of the benefit system, coordination of catering in the company
  • managing internal company and coordinating the publication of an external company magazine
  • Coordination of the work of an external law company and a medical doctor
  • reporting to foreign mother-company and authorities
  • Preparing and collaborating at employee events
  • Coordination of reception and security activities
  • control of two subordinates

WHAT DO WE REQUEST?

  • University education preferably in HR, psychology, social sciences, law or pedagogy
  • knowledge of HR procedures and methods
  • at least 5 years of experiences in the field of human resources
  • English knowledge at least B2 level for everyday use
  • communicativeness, listening ability, empathy
  • organizational, coordination and management skills
  • PC and MS Office skills
  • active, independent, communicative personality
  • Tendency to achieve goals, to be open to new methods and ways
