The company Kompan Czech Republic s.r.o. is a world leader and specialist in the development and production of gaming and sports equipment for all ages. Its history begins in 1970, the management is based in Denmark, in Brno is the world’s main center of production and distribution with about 500 employees.
The Brno center implements new progressive projects, recruits new employees for production, administration, and management. For this reason, we are looking for the newly opened position: HR RECRUITER / BUSINESS PARTNER

What activities await you?
• You will become part of a small HR team and you will have 4 experienced and nice colleagues who will support you
• You will completely ensure the recruitment of new employees (especially for production and administration)
• Internal and external portals and recruitment agencies will help you recruit
• You will conduct interviews with those interested in various job positions
• You will also find records of contractual documentation, implementation of introductory training for new employees, and also editing of the attendance system
• Part of your work will be to participate in employee evaluation and development
• Report the necessary data to the HR manager and company management
• You will participate in the creation of unique corporate culture, co-create corporate activities and events

What do we expect from a suitable candidate?
• High school/university education
• Experience in recruiting employees from the environment of internal company HR, from the environment of a personnel agency or agency employment
• Practice in HR in an international environment
• English at the active level in words and writing
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Orientation on the labor market, current economic overview, news in HR
• Organizational skills, time-management, ability to work independently, diligence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork
