Job description

  • Organization of maintenance and repair activities of buildings and production technology equipment to ensure the operability and technical capability of the operating units (hydraulic presses, punching machines, cathode, mixing machines, PLC / Siemens controlled line)
  • ensuring proper maintenance of the outdoor area – transport infrastructure, greenery management, winter maintenance
  • Resolving critical financial issues in asset management
  • Development of plans and concepts for the technical management of buildings and equipment of production technology, including PPM
  • implementation of a project related to the development of new infrastructure, construction of new buildings, installation of new production technology equipment, management of relevant documentation
  • communication with energy suppliers – electricity, water, heat transfer medium, etc., with authorities
  • arranging for work contracts, checking and evaluating sent price calculations
  • drawing up the department’s annual operating expenditure plans
  • Coordination of activities and control performed by employees of the maintenance department, evaluation, motivated staff – leading a team of up to 10 people (coordinator, maintenance staff)
  • co-responsibility for the organization and management of the security service


  • University / Higher Education
  • proficiency in English language
  • experience working in a similar position – min. 3 years
  • experience with team management, managerial skills – condition
  • knowledge of machine and building maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, critical component management
  • good communication and organizational skills
  • experience in moving machines, machine parts and manufacturing parts
