Verification of candidate prerequisites, competence and potential through a wide range of psychometric methods, expert tests or assessment center. The forms of testing are individual, depending on the type of vacancy and always prepared “tailor-made” of the selection procedure.
It will reveal or verify the correctness of the candidate’s choice eg in the areas: performance and personality potential, managerial prerequisites and potential, expertise (engineering, quality, finance, etc.), language testing (any foreign language).
Testing is a natural part of every tender and is included in the price of the service.
The selection procedure normally takes months and a year. So long missing expert in your company can cause complications (lost profit, outflow of customers …). In cooperation with CAIM – Czech Association of Interim Management, we will provide you with a suitable and experienced Interim Manager who will work in this position until a new candidate has practically joined.

CANDIDATE SEARCH PROCESS
The selection process depends on the demanding position, at least 8 weeks.
The cooperation process always includes regular weekly reporting on the development of the candidate search process.
- 1 Analyze and identify customer position and needs.
- 2 Exclusive cooperation agreement.
- 3 Preparation of methods and resources for addressing suitable candidates, their active search and conducting interviews in the FENIX.
- 4 Presentation of suitable candidates to the company/Short List.
- 5 Realisation of the selection procedure in the company and candidate´s testing (psychodiagnostic, professional). Obtaining previous job references.
- 6 Job offer, signing a job contract with candidate. Start of employment relationship.
